Progress on Aurora

This glass on glass tree is making me happy. I really love the starkness of the bare branches against the creamy orangesicle colors of the background. I had thought I would use glass rods to form the tiny branches, but they looked like they had been put together from colored PVC pipes. Bleh. So I will have to cut all those tiny little things by hand. Some of them need several cuts and a quick pass at the glass grinder to get them right, so it will take quite a bit longer than I anticipated to finish it. But I still have almost a month, so that should be enough.
